About the job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our clients’ success by harnessing your expertise in the low-code/no-code platforms. As a Customer Success Engineer, you will work closely with large organizations across the globe, guiding them on how to effectively leverage low-code/no-code technologies to enhance their security posture. Your technical background and orientation, along with a deep understanding of cybersecurity, will be instrumental in enabling our clients to thrive in this rapidly evolving landscape. Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our enterprise-level clients, serving as a trusted advisor on low-code/no-code security solutions
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical background and orientation to understand client needs and identify opportunities to enhance their security using our products and services
  • Solution Guidance: Educate clients on the benefits of low-code/no-code security solutions and guide them on how to implement and utilize these technologies effectively
  • Problem Solving: Work closely with clients to identify and solve security challenges specific to their environments, ensuring their compliance with industry standards and best practices
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and advancements in the low-code/no-code field, enabling you to provide expert guidance to clients
  • Feedback Loop: Collaborate with our product development and engineering teams to relay client feedback and contribute to the enhancement of our products

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience in the cybersecurity domain, with a strong understanding of security principles and best practices
  • Experience working with large organizations, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment
  • Technical orientation and the ability to quickly grasp and communicate complex concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code technologies is a plus
