About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us scale globally. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, partnering with hiring managers and company leadership to attract and hire the best talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand each role and define the best strategies to reach and attract top candidates
  • Build and manage strong pipelines of qualified candidates using various sourcing tools and creative methods
  • Proactively source candidates for global and local positions and maintain long-term talent pipelines
  • Use data and key recruitment metrics to measure progress, analyze performance, and improve hiring strategies
  • Conduct initial screening conversations and interviews to assess candidates across different teams and seniority levels
  • Ensure every candidate has a clear, respectful, and positive experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Continuously help improve and streamline recruitment processes, making them more efficient, organized, and effective

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience from a high-growth startup or global tech company
  • Proven experience recruiting for global positions, working with international teams, and hiring across multiple locations
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in daily work and business conversations
  • Resilient, well-organized, and results-driven, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, or a relevant field from a leading university
