Ask AI to

Zenity pioneered AI Agent Security because we recognized early that agents would require a different approach to protection. Software that can access sensitive data, use tools, and creator credentials to take action on their behalf requires security that understands what the agents can do and how they actually behave.

Today, Zenity is joining as a founding member of the ServiceNow Control Tower Alliance. Zenity is bringing that same pioneering approach to helping enterprises secure and govern AI agents at scale.

We’re joining as founding members of the ServiceNow Control Tower Alliance, a new ecosystem of leading companies in AI, cloud infrastructure, security, governance, value measurement and token metering, who will work with ServiceNow to help customers adopt trusted enterprise AI safely at scale. Members will help ServiceNow customers turn AI into business impact: discovered, observed, and governed through the ServiceNow Super Intelligence Control Tower.

For Zenity, this is the next step in a partnership built around a shared goal of helping customers make AI agent security part of how they operate and scale their businesses.

A Partnership Built Around Putting Security Into Practice

Our ServiceNow partnership, announced in March, established a foundation for connecting AI Agent Security with enterprise security operations.

As a ServiceNow Build Partner, Zenity brings AI security posture management (AISPM), and vulnerability assessment into ServiceNow SecOps. That work helps security teams understand their agent environments and address risk through familiar operational processes.

The Control Tower Alliance expands the scope of the partnership. ServiceNow Super Intelligence Control Tower is designed to give enterprises a central hub to discover, secure, govern, observe, and measure AI across their systems, agents, and assets. The alliance brings together partners to extend that approach with specialized capabilities.

Within this expanded partnership, Zenity contributes deep AI agent security expertise and ServiceNow contributes the enterprise context, governance, and workflows that connect security to business operations. Together, we’re focused on helping customers put that combination into practice as their use of AI agents expands.

Bringing AI Agent Security Into Enterprise Operations

AI agents introduce security questions that enterprises need to answer before they can scale confidently:

  • Which agents exist?
  • What data and systems can they access?
  • What permissions do they hold?
  • How do they behave when they interact with tools, other agents, or untrusted content?
  • When something goes wrong, what can the security team do about it?

Zenity built AI agent security around these questions. Our approach spans the agent lifecycle, from discovery and posture management through runtime protection and response. It connects an understanding of how an agent is built and configured with visibility into what it actually does.

That security depth becomes more valuable when it connects to the teams, systems, and workflows responsible for managing risk across the enterprise. A finding needs an owner, a risky configuration needs a remediation process, and unexpected behavior needs a response.

Again, this is where expanding our Service Now partnership matters. Zenity helps customers understand and control AI agent risk, and ServiceNow provides the enterprise workflows and governance that help organizations act on that understanding.

Why Being a Founding Alliance Member Matters to Zenity

As a founding member, Zenity is helping shape the alliance from its launch, bringing the perspective of a company that defined security for AI agents.

The alliance reflects the growing enterprise need that specialized AI security must work within a broader operating model. Customers need security, governance, and business context to work together as agents take on more autonomous responsibility across organizations.

ServiceNow’s approach brings those disciplines into a shared ecosystem. The alliance is designed to support joint development, qualification and integration testing, and collaboration on how solutions reach and support customers.

For Zenity, this partnership enables us to bring what we’ve learned about agent discovery, access, behavior, and control to more customers. We’re helping shape how AI agent security becomes part of the way enterprises deploy and manage agents across the business.

Helping Customers Move Forward With Confidence

The creation of the alliance reflects a shift in the questions enterprises are asking. Teams are moving beyond how to experiment with AI and toward how to safely operate thousands of AI agents across the business.

Security teams need visibility into agents and their behavior. Governance teams need accountability. Business owners need a way to move promising use cases into production with security connected to their existing operations.

Zenity pioneered AI Agent Security. Through our partnership with ServiceNow and our founding role in the Control Tower Alliance, we’re helping shape how enterprises put AI agent security into practice at scale.
