Since our inception in 2021, our mission has been to empower business users with the tools they need to innovate and drive productivity, while ensuring security teams have robust security and governance measures in place. This started with the use of low-code/no-code application development platforms, and has now grown to include Agentic AI and enterprise copilots. The thing that these platforms have in common is that the business user is at the core of it. And securing business enablement is in our blood.

To meet the market demand and take our mission to the next level – now is the time to accelerate. Today, we are taking the next step in our journey as we announce our Series B round of fundraising, led by Third Point Ventures and DTCP that will be used to quickly expand our reach globally and to enable more enterprises to secure Agentic AI so they can harness its power. 

The Rise of ‘Build Your Own Agents’ and ‘Agentic AI’

The future is here, and it is defined by the ability for anyone, regardless of technical and coding skills, to drive the business forward. This includes the ability for anyone to build AI agents and leverage Agentic AI or enterprise Copilots to get more done. With major pushes happening from Microsoft with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, as well as Salesforce with their Einstein platform and the rollout of Agentforce; all geared at putting the power of GenAI and Agentic AI into the hands of everyone. 

These technologies represent a fundamental shift in how businesses operate. For the first time, large enterprises are placing data science and developer powers at the fingertips of all users regardless of technical skill. And with Agentic AI, business users are at the controls for building powerful systems that can perform jobs autonomously. This democratization of technology means that anyone, regardless of technical expertise, can now create and utilize AI agents and business applications to enhance their workflows and achieve more.

It also means that strong Agentic AI security guardrails must be in place, and traditional AppSec and native tooling are not purpose built for this new world. When thinking about what makes Agentic AI unique, it stems from three things:

1. That business users across the enterprise are able to build AI apps and agents
2. That business users across the enterprise are using those AI apps and agents en masse
3. AI apps and agents are inherently curious and do not behave like traditional applications

It is clear that an application security centric approach to this new world is critical, but at its core is understanding the business user, how they interact with applications, and how those applications act when triggered. 

Current Success and Adoption

While we look to the future, it’s important to acknowledge the present. We are already witnessing significant adoption of low-code platforms and enterprise copilots across the world’s leading enterprises. In his latest annual letter to employees, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella stated that they had 48 million monthly active users of Power Platform and that employees at nearly 60 percent of the Fortune 500 now use Copilot. Similarly, at last month’s Dreamforce event, Salesforce customers brought over 10,000 autonomous AI agents to life. 

Zenity has served as a core business enablemer for our customers and partners, with several of them exhibiting more than 2x adoption in terms of the number of monthly active users that are building AI agents, apps, automations, reports. Our customers are among the Fortune 500 in the financial services, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, technology, and energy industries lean on us to bolster confidence to ensure that anything built adheres to corporate guidelines and security policy. Our platform has enabled countless organizations to harness the power of AI and low-code development, driving unprecedented, and secure, levels of productivity and innovation.
