We are seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to join our GTM team, with a strong focus on analytics, automation, and process excellence. This role will be critical in enabling the Marketing team to execute demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer engagement at scale. You will be responsible for optimizing our marketing tech stack, ensuring data accuracy, building insightful reporting, and driving operational efficiency across campaigns and programs.

As a strategic partner to Marketing and GTM leadership, you will own marketing data infrastructure, campaign operations, and cross-functional processes that improve visibility, predictability, and ROI across the customer journey.

What You’ll Do

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to track marketing performance metrics (lead funnel, attribution, campaign ROI, pipeline contribution).
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to optimize demand generation, ABM programs, and customer engagement.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to align KPIs and analyze marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue.

Marketing Technology & Process Excellence

  • Own and optimize the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to ensure scalable, accurate campaign execution.
  • Define, document, and improve operational processes such as lead scoring, nurturing workflows, campaign tagging, and attribution models.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards across marketing systems.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Demand Gen Analytics
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM platforms..
  • Strong analytical background
  • Proven ability to design and optimize lead management, scoring, and attribution models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • High attention to detail, data integrity, and operational consistency.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range: 135-154K
