We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR operations Manager to lead our people operations and employee experience efforts in our New York office and remote employees around North America.
This role is both strategic and hands-on — you’ll be the HR partner for our US site, responsible for driving the full employee lifecycle, implementing global HR initiatives, and ensuring a strong connection between business needs and people strategy. You’ll play a key role in building an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing culture that supports our continued growth.
