About the Role:

We're looking for an Integration Engineer to help customers successfully deploy, integrate, and adopt the Zenity platform. This is a hands-on, highly customer-facing role you'll own the technical implementation journey from kickoff through successful deployment, leading onboarding sessions, troubleshooting complex issues, and acting as the technical bridge between customers and our Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Customer Success teams.

This is not a standard support role. The right person is technically strong, communicates with clarity and urgency, and takes full ownership of getting customers to a working, stable deployment across the US, Europe, and beyond.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer deployments from technical kickoff through successful integration and post-deployment stabilization.
  • Guide customers through installation, configuration, environment readiness, and integration requirements hands-on.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues spanning customer environments, product behavior, configuration, infrastructure, and integration points.
  • Translate customer issues into clear, actionable internal context for Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Support and make sure blockers get prioritized and resolved fast.
  • Own status updates, next steps, risk flags, and timelines throughout every implementation.
  • Available for late-hour coverage when needed for US and European customers.
  • Create and maintain implementation guides, playbooks, FAQs, and runbooks for both customers and internal teams.
  • Identify recurring implementation patterns and help make deployment more repeatable, scalable, and smooth.

What You’ll Do

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in customer-facing technical roles (implementation, integration, solutions engineering, technical support, or deployment engineering).
  • Ability to hold technical conversations with Software Engineering and DevOps teams and translate them into clear, actionable customer guidance.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, configurations, logs, APIs, environments, and deployment flows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams alike.
  • Ownership mindset: patient, urgent, and accountable for driving issues to resolution.
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent implementations and prioritizing under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to support customers in different time zones.
