Zenity Named a Market Shaper in Gartner's AI Application Security Report

Gartner's new Emerging Market Quadrant recognizes Zenity for analyzing the full spectrum of AI agent behavior, from intent and memory to tool use and data access.

Gartner has named Zenity a Market Shaper in its inaugural Emerging Market Quadrant for AI Application Security, Startup Vendors report. This comes shortly after Gartner recognized Zenity as the Company to Beat in AI Agent Governance. These two categories of recognition cover the most critical dimensions of the emerging AI security market.

Most AI application security tools stop at the mandatory baseline: scan the code, confirm a control exists, move on. Market Shapers go further. Gartner's report evaluates vendors on their ability to analyze user intent, agent instructions, memory, tool use, data access, and system modification actions, then compare that behavior against what was actually authorized.

Two Recognitions, One Security Architecture

This Market Shaper placement follows Gartner naming Zenity the Company to Beat in AI Agent Governance earlier this year. In that research, Gartner pointed to Zenity's intent-aware runtime defense, its full-lifecycle observability across SaaS, cloud, and endpoint environments, and its shadow AI discovery and posture management as reasons it led the pack.
